Sat Naam
This Mantra is probably the most widely used in the practice of Kundalini Yoga.
Sat means truth, the reality of ones own existence.
Naam means identity. This is a Bij Mantra (Seed Mantra). Within the seed is contained all the knowledge of the already grown tree. The essence or seed is the identity of the truth incorporated in a condensed way.
Chanting this Mantra awakens the soul and brings you to your destiny. This Mantra balances the five elements (Tattvas).
